This three-day local festival is held each year in Bagan and provided and sponsored for those in need by a local successful business couple. As a result of the generosity they show to their fellow countrymen, food, music and entertainment is provided for free to many who would otherwise not have the economic opportunity to experience such a joyful festival with their families.
